Classic Fountain Pen

Issued by the Japanese Military occupying China in 1939. Pick Catalogue ref M20. Below the Lotus Flower emblem at the top center of these notes there are eleven Japanese words printed Ta Jih Pen Ti Kuo Cheng Fu Chung Yung Shou Piao.

The red seal is seen to the left of center. The Dragon is featured. These notes are over 60 years old, they are mixed circulated grades not mint.
