The portrait is of Shotoku-Taishi, the Yumedono pervilion is shown on the notes left side, on the reverse side the Horyuji temple is featured.
At the top centre below the Lotus flower emblem there are 5 Japanese letters, at the lower centre there are 7 Japanese letters printed in red (Bank of Japan Convertable Note). Catalogue Ref. P.M28.
