Classic Fountain Pen

A 1948 circa Parker model 51 fountain pen, coloured black with a rolled silver cap and gold filled arrow design pocket clip.

The silver cap is a scarce model of the Parker 51 series with the insignia design finish having a converging fine lines pattern. The Parker emblematic celluloid pearl grey jewel stone is inset into the top of the cap. Ink filling is easily done by aerometric pressure bar method. The point of the nib extending from the forward hood section shows a medium point nib, which is in excellent condition.
