| A 1949 to early 1950s standard size and design Burnham pen. This uncommon model 50 is a larger size pen than the more often found model 51 of the same series. Custom made for the Rugby Company formally of 21 and 22 Market Place Rugby UK.
The Burnham 14 carat gold nib is a medium point size. A most attractively coloured fountain pen in varied shades of pale and darker blue with highlights outlined by black veins. Very rare after almost sixty years to find this particular model in perfect as new unused condtion and housed in the original presentation box. |
