A Burnham model number 60 fountain pen from the early 1950s. Coloured in black with varied shades of light blue pearl effect. One of the Burnham range of prestigious series denoted by the wide gold plated trim band flanked on each side by a thinner band on the pens cap. On the crest of the cap clip securing stud the letter B is engraved in script.

The nib is engraved in script writing Burnham 14 carat gold broad or italic point which is in as new condition. Ink filling is by side lever a new rubber ink sac has been fitted. The gold plating is in good condition. An excellent pen from the Burnham series.
