| Soon after the end of the second World War In 1945 the Conway Stewart company remerged and began gearing up production with the hopeful expectation of boom years ahead. A new range of fountain pens of improved style and design were produced in the early 1950s. The model 15 being one of the first of that range. Beautifully coloured in shades of pale and darker green outlined with black, this fountain pen is in absolutely perfect condition. The 14 carat gold Conway type 1A slightly broad medium nib appears unused. Ink filling is by side lever method. |
