Model 3050. Having the ball end gold filled pocket clip with the encircled Onoto Sunburst emblem Single trim band. Very attractively coloured in light and darker mottled shades of green pearl. This pen is in pristine condition.
The engraved wording on the barrel ONOTO THE PEN DELARUE  Co. Ltd. London is sharp and clear. The superb broad point 14 carat gold DLR ONOTO London type 3 ST nib is as new. 74 years old yet still in excellent condition.
Ink filling is by piston method done by unscrewing the black end of barrel section in the direction of the engraved arrow, withdrawing the piston rod will expel fluid, gently pushing the rod back will fill the pen. New piston and filling mechanism parts have been fitted. Ready now for another 70 years or more of service.
A pen for the enthusiast pen collector.
