Made at the Meru factory in France using precious metals. In 1983 a new range of the popular Parker model 75 series of fountain pens produced using silver overlaid with quality gold were launched. This superb pen from this Place Vendome Paris France series which was discontinued in 1992 is finished with a barley corn effect pattern.
Having a medium point size 18 carat gold nib. Ink filling is by aerometric pressure bar method, this can easily be changed to insert a converter ink filling device if preferred. A useful attribute in the design of the pens cap is a plain panel lengthwise down the side of the cap, this provides a space where the pen owners name may be engraved.
