Rare. Based on the design of the 1930s Parker aerometric ink filling fountain pen. Manufactured in the distinct likeness of the early to mid 1930s Parker, yet having the differently designed style of Parker arrow pocket clip, more like the style of the 1948 model of clip.
Note the difference this clip has the arrow flight feathers continuing right up to the caps top fixing single tier, the arrow feathers are not as fine as those of the Parker 1930s version. Engraved in capital lettering around the base of the cap above the wide single gold filled trim band is MADE IN JAPAN and again engraved on the pens barrel is the same wording. Beautifully patterned in shades of green pearl encircled with black spacing lines.
The 14 carat gold Parker England nib, is a medium to fine point size in as new condition. For the enthusiast collector of Parker Pen models this is perhaps the only known one of this type.
Rare, eye catching and yet a pen also usable for everyday. |
