A 1930s period John Bull fountain pen model No 2. Produced in black vulcanite material with a chased wave effect patterning. The engraved wording John Bull No 2 clearly seen on the barrel shown on the inset picture. There is no plating erosion on the authentic silver metal pocket clip.

Ink filling by side lever method. A new rubber ink sac has been fitted. A 14 carat gold warranted medium size nib is fitted which is in very good condition. Probably some 70 years old yet in fine condition. An ideal collectors piece as well as being suitable for everyday use.
