SOLD. A 1975 Parker model 61 Fountain Pen in 12 carat thick rolled gold, the arrow pocket clip is the longer design of clip at 4.4 centimetres. Ink filling is easily done by capillary method (a diagram drawing showing how to ink fill these capillary method pens is available).
The tip of the nib protruding from the hood section is a medium point size. This pen appears to be a 61 transitional model having only one emblematic plastic grey pearl jewelstone inset at the end of the barrel section, whilst the top of the cap has the gold plated apex design metal top which was introduced in 1975. An eye catching high quality fountain pen.
