Description

Within the scope of the Parker 61 series it is rare to find this fountain pen and ballpoint two piece Consort set, these models were only in production between the years 1967 to 1969, and were produced with this distinctive cap pattern in twice the normal thickness of rolled gold.
The caps are in 12 carat rolled gold. Ink filling for the fountain pen is by the favoured aerometric pressure bar method.
The point of the nib protruding from the forward hood section is a medium size. Inset into the top of the caps is the symbolic Parker silver grey jewel stone, the fountain pen having one also inset at the end of the pens barrel section.
A beautiful set in perfect condition and housed in the original Parker presentation case.
