A circa 1923 transitional period Parker Lucky Curve Senior made in Canada, manufactured in Parkers new non breakable black Radite material. In 1923 the Parker Pen Company established their factory in Toronto Canada. These button system ink filling method Lucky Curve pens were mainly produced between 1921 to 1927 a notable feature of this transition period fountain pen is the styling of the early 1923 models having a slightly rounded and raised gold filled cap trim band referred to as a cap girdle, this design was changed in 1926 with a slightly wider inlaid flush fitted cap trim band. A robust chunky fountain pen. The superb authentic large size 16 fine point 14 carat gold Parker Duofold Canada nib is in as new unused condition. Ink filling is by end of barrel button method. A new rubber ink sac has been fitted. A rare model of the Duofold series fountain pens.
