Launched in September 1956 the Parker model 61 capillary system ink filling fountain pen and propelling pencil set.
Housed in the original Parker 61 presentation case. These models are clearly distinquishable from the 1975 version of the model 61 which has metal apexes.
This 12 carat gold filled set is finished with the custom insignia chased pattern being groups of spaced lines.
The Parker Pen emblem silver grey celluloid pearl jewel stone is Inset at the top of the pens cap, with another inset at the end of the pens barrel.
The fountain pen has a medium point size nib, there are spare leads easily obtainable and supplied for the pencil.
