| A 1960s Parker 65 fountain pen. The model 65 pens are far less common to obtain and are a very distinquishable type with a large beak design nib. The cap is in stainless steel with a lustraloy matt finish fitted with the longer 4.5 centimetres chrome Parker arrow design pocket clip. Set into the top of the cap and with another at the end of the barrel section is the Parker emblem, a celluloid silver grey stone. The 14 carat Gold Parker nib is new medium point size. The forward part and barrel sections are burgundy wine red colour. Ink filling is by aeromatic finger pressure bar. Condition is as new, an impressive pen of excellent quality. |
