To mark the 1978 launching of their sleekly designed Falcon model fountain pen the Parker Pen Company commissioned a strictly limited edition of only 100 statuettes produced in hall marked sterling silver of the Falcon bird.

These were created from the original design by the acknowledged artist Alex Jardine, Society of Wildlife Artists. This is statuette number 28 from the limit of 100 produced, with this silver Falcon comes a certificate which is signed in ink by the hand of Alex Jardine the sculptor. The futuristic streamlined design Falcon fountain pen has a medium point size ball end tipped nib which makes this pen equally suited to either right or left handed writers. Ink filling is by aerometric pressure bar method.
