| An early 1930s Parker of the Thrift Moderne series manufactured in celluloid material coloured in a fused blending of dark brown with gold and green highlights. Having a new Parker 14 carat gold made in England fine point nib fitted.
Ink filling is by brass button method accessed by unscrewing the black coloured removable blanking cap at the end of the pen's barrel section. A new rubber ink sac has been fitted.
Usually the manufacturer's trade mark wording is engraved on the pens barrel section, this wording may have been omitted during production, which occasionally happens as appears to be the case with this pen. |
