A Pelikan fountain pen circa 1960s. Having a partially hooded medium fine point minimal flexibility gold nib. The push on cap with the gold plated Pelikan beak design pocket clip. Engraved in the concave shaped top of the cap is the symbolic emblem of the Pelikan bird on the nest with two chicks.
Ink filling is by piston pump method operated by partially twist screwing the black section of the pens barrel. Having a short green transparent ink viewing section inset between the forward black hood section and the green barrel section. A good quality fountain pen in very good condition suitable for a regular daily use pen and also considered as being a collectible piece.
