A mid to late 1950s desk set manufactured by the W.A. Sheaffer Pen Company at Fort Madison, Iowa, U.S.A. The bronze or copper metal plinth having a fuzed pattern resembling dark clouds. Ink filling is by cartridge method. The inlaid design platinum medium point size nib has a ball point tip, making this pen suited for either right or left handed writers.
