The beautiful pattern on this Swan model SM1 colour code 57 is not effectively reproduced on the uploaded images, the mixed varied shades of silver pale blue and black enhanced with gold dust and further shades of fawn brown blend together forming this superb pattern.

An early 1930s probably produced between 1932 to 1935 Mabie Todd Limited Swan pen having a black ebony side lever. The medium point size Swan 14 carat gold nib is a type 1 in perfect condition.

This fountain pen appears to be as good as if new.
