| Manufactured in black vulcanite material finished with a chased waves pattern, this rare baby fountain pen would probably date from the early 1900s period. The name chosen for their fountain pen company by the Finburgh brothers in the early 1890s was taken from the mythical two legged barbed tail Wyvern dragon which forms part of the Leicestershire county coat of arms.
Fitted with a warranted 14 carat gold nib, this Wyvern eye dropper pen is in untouched condition remaining just as it was well over 100 years ago.
More suitable for the enthusiast collector although quite usable as a functional eye dropper fountain pen. |
